High Purity Piping Systems for Superior Flow

Sani-Tech^® offers a line of sanitary processing systems and related components for research and development professionals as well as process and bio-engineers.

Only the purest materials are used for the manufacture of Sani-Tech^® pipes and components to ensure high-purity fluid transfer. The connective technologies include smooth inner bore (SIB^®) welding and sanitary ferrule connections. Pipes and components are made using natural virgin polypropylene and Kynar^® PVDF thermoplastic materials with excellent flow characteristics. The piping systems are easier to install and maintain than stainless steel systems, while having inner diameter dimensions that are equivalent to stainless steel tubing. Because of this, the products can be mated with stainless steel connections without creating entrapment areas. The systems also feature sweep elbows for improved flow and most of the components can be reused and reconfigured.
