Microsep (Pty) Ltd and National Separations (Pty) Ltd regard their commitment to quality, as reflected in its mission statement, as fundamental to all their business operations.
The management of Microsep and Natsep are committed to complying to applicable legislation and to implementing and maintaining formal management systems in their organisation in accordance with ISO 9001 and will strive to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system.
In addition, Microsep are committed to implementing and maintaining good laboratory practice for mass calibrations and to complying with ISO 17025 and accreditation body requirements for mass accreditation for all on-site mass calibrations, Microsep and Natsep commit not to undertake any activity where customer satisfaction is not possible for reasons of our capacity limit, or because it is beyond our normal expertise or for any other reason.
Management will strive to grow market share without compromising the health and safety of all employees and those of other people at the premises of the company. The company is bound by the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and require all employees to comply with the conditions contained therein.
